散杂居地区少数民族传统体育基地研究

摘要
运用实地考察法、GIS分析法等,对141个省级少数民族传统体育基地进行研究。发展的特点:分布不均,处于发展的过渡期;项目因地而建,有待进一步发展和挖掘;发展类型具有明显的特点差异。存在的问题:民族文化薄弱,民族团结创建不突出;缺乏多元化发展,社会和经济效益不佳;项目建设忽视群众身心健康促进;项目发展尚未能打开与当地社会沟通的渠道;未来创新发展不明确。发展对策:以"民族团结创建"为核心,创新基地文化体验;基地社会化、市场化、综合化发展,满足多元利益诉求;项目建设来源于民间、发展在校园、回馈到社会;项目发展与地区民族特色相融合;完善组织管理,明确可持续发展规划。
Through field study and GIS analysis, this paper conducts the research on 141 provincial ethnic minorities' traditional sports centers. The development characteristics can be listed as follows: These centers are unevenly distributed and are developing in the transitional period; Projects are built based on local conditions and should be further developed and excavated; The development types have obvious differences. Existing problems: The national culture is weak and the ethnic unity is not prominent;the diversification development are lacking and the social/economic benefits are poor; The projects' construction neglects the people's physical and mental health promotion; The projects development has not yet been able to open channels of communication with the local community; The future innovation is unclear. Development strategies: Focusing on national unity and innovating the centers' culture experience; Promoting the socialization, marketization and comprehensive development of the centers and satisfying stakeholders' requirements; being originated from the folk, developing in the campus and giving back to the society; Integrating the project development with the regional ethnic characteristics;Improving the organization management and specifying the plan on sustainable development.
