摘要
种鸡接种鸡新城疫、禽流感(H9亚型)、禽腺病毒(Ⅰ群,4型)(La Sota株+TJ株+HY株)三联灭活疫苗后,会经卵把母源抗体传递给子代鸡。子代鸡母源抗体的高低直接关系到子代鸡首次免疫的日龄及免疫程序。为了明确种鸡接种三联灭活疫苗后,子代鸡母源抗体的消长规律,进行了NDV、AIV(H9亚型)和FAV-4母源抗体对子代鸡的被动免疫试验。试验结果表明,子代鸡的母源抗体随着日龄的增大逐渐消退;并且随着免疫时间的延长,所产的种蛋孵化的子代鸡的母源抗体也逐渐降低。因此,在进行子代鸡的免疫时,应该根据种鸡免疫的时间进行灵活确定,在接种前应该进行母源抗体效价测定,确定在<4 log2才能进行免疫接种;如果没有条件检测母源抗体效价,建议在10日龄以后接种,以避免母源抗体干扰免疫效果。
        Chicken Newcastle disease vaccine, bird flu(H9 subtype), avian adenovirus type( Ⅰ group, 4)(Strain La Sota + Strain TJ+ Strain HY) triple inactivated vaccines, will be the passed to the offspring maternal antibody chicken eggs. The level of maternal antibody of progeny chickens is directly related to the day age and immunization procedure of progeny chickens. In order to determine the fluctuation rule of maternal source antibody of offspring chickens after inoculation with triple inactivated vaccine, the passive immunity test of NDV, AIV(H9 subtype) and fav-4 maternal source antibody to offspring chickens was conducted. The results showed that the maternal antibody of the progeny chicken gradually disappeared with the increasing of the day age. And with the prolongation of the immunity time, the mother source antibody of the egg hatching chick also decreased gradually.Therefore, the immunization of offspring chickens should be flexibly determined according to the immunization time of breeding chickens. Before vaccination, maternal antibody titer should be determined to be < 4 log2 before immunization. If there is no condition to detect the titer of the parent antibody, it is recommended to vaccinate after10 days of age to avoid the interference of the parent antibody with the immune effect.
