湖南省高职院校社会服务能力提升的策略研究

摘要
社会服务能力建设是新时期高职院校服务经济社会发展的重要任务。当前湖南高职院校的社会服务能力总体偏弱。湖南省的高职院校在教师结构、发展规划和机制体制等均存在问题,所以需要通过调整教师的结构、加强对社会服务的规划、加强与企业的沟通,以及建立沟通平台等方式来克服困难,以期不断提升湖南高职院校的社会服务能力。
The construction of social service ability is an important responsibility for higher vocational colleges to serve economic and social development in the new era. At present, the social service ability of Hunan vocational colleges is generally weak. Problems exist in teacher structure, development plan and mechanism and system in higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province, so it needs to adjust the teacher structure, strengthen the plan of social service,enforce the communication with enterprises, and establish communication platform to overcome these difficulties, and promote the social service ability of higher vocational colleges in Hunan Province.
