金元医家对中风证治的认识

摘要
金元时期是中医学界学术思想相对活跃的时期,中医各科的成就亦较为突出,形成百家争鸣的局面。对中风的认识也有了许多独具灼见的学术主张,以金元四大家的成就最为突出。如寒凉派医家刘完素主"心火暴盛";而补土派医家李东垣提出":中风者,非外来风邪,乃本气自病";滋阴派医家朱丹溪则认为"中风大率主血虚有痰,治痰为先,次养血行血。"
The academic ideas of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) were comparatively active in Jin and Yuan dynasty, every disci pline of TCM reached protuberant achievements, A contention of hundreds schools of thoughts was formed in that era. Many academic opinions on wind-attack with specialty and penetrance were established, among them, the Four Great Practitioners of Jin and Yuan Dy nasty reached most outstanding success. Such as, Liu Wansu who advocated cold and cool human constitution presented excessive heart fire is the mechanism of wind-attack. Li dongyuan who advocated tonifying earth presented: wind-attack, is not caused by the wind-evil from outside, while disorder raised from inside qi. Zhu danxi who advocated tonifying yin presented: wind-attack is mostly caused by blood-deficiency and blood-phlegm, treat phlegm first then nourishing and activating blood.
