“三堵两注”本煤层瓦斯抽采封孔技术研究

摘要
针对新景矿3216工作面本煤层瓦斯抽采效果较差的问题,提出了"三堵两注"本煤层瓦斯抽采封孔技术。该技术分为密封和封堵裂隙两个步骤,对此技术进行了地面和井下试验。结果表明,注浆处全部充满浆液无空隙,密封效果良好。"三堵两注"封孔技术的瓦斯抽采效果相较于传统封孔技术有较大提升,抽采瓦斯浓度平均为58.71%,是对照孔的1.43倍;抽采瓦斯浓度达50%以上的比例是80%,是对照孔的2.67倍。
        In view of the poor efficiency of gas in-seam drainage in the 3216 working face of Xinjing coal mine, three blocks and two injections sealing technology is proposed. The technology includes two steps of sealing and blocking. and the technology is tested both on the surface and underground. The results show that the grouting is completely filled without tiny rift and the sealing effect is good. The efficiency of gas drainage with three blocks and two injections technology is greatly higher compared with the traditional one. The average gas concentration is 58.71%, which is 1.43 times of the previous one, and more than 80% of the sealed boreholes created gas concentration of 50% or above, 2.67 times higher than that of the reference one.
