摘要
本文对本科专业人才培养方案修订前后人才培养质量的变化进行了比较研究,研究发现:本科专业人才培养方案修订后显著地提高了人才培养质量,企业对毕业实习生的满意度得到了显著提高。回归分析表明,企业满意度与毕业实习生专业素质、身心素质和专业发展潜力均显著正相关,且存在多元回归关系。
This paper compares the changes in the quality of talent training before and after the revision of undergraduate professional training programs. The study found that the undergraduate training program has significantly improved the quality of talents training,and the enterprise's satisfaction with graduate interns has been significantly improved. he regression analysis shows that the enterprise satisfaction is positively related to the professional quality,physical and mental quality and professional development potential of graduate interns,and there is a multiple regression relationship.
