胸部正中切口心脏瓣膜手术后伤口不愈的外科治疗

摘要
目的:探讨胸部正中切口心脏瓣膜手术后伤口不愈的外科治疗方法。方法:收治胸部正中切口心脏瓣膜手术后伤口不愈患者50例,分为治疗组与对照组。对照组采用常规外科方法治疗,治疗组行双侧胸大肌肌皮瓣边缘松解平移术治疗。结果:治疗组引流时间、住院时间、再次手术率、治疗总有效率均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:临床应将双侧胸大肌肌皮瓣边缘松解平移术应用到伤口不愈的治疗中,促进伤口愈合,缩短住院时间,提高治疗有效率,为患者死亡率的降低及其预后的改善奠定基础。
Objective:To explore surgical treatment for wound healing after cardiac valve surgery through median thoracic incision.Methods:A total of 50 patients who failed to receive cardiac valve surgery after thoracotomy were divided into the treatment group and the control group.The control group were treated by conventional surgery,while the treatment group received bilateral pectoralis major myocutaneous flap for the removal of the border.Results:The drainage time,hospitalization time,reoperation rate and effective rate of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:The treatment of the bilateral pectoralis major myocutaneous flap translational translation should be applied to the treatment of non healing wound,promote wound healing,shorten the time of hospitalization,improve the efficiency of treatment,and lay the foundation for the reduction of the mortality and the improvement of the prognosis.
