摘要
目的探讨分析综合性健康教育在骨质疏松骨折患者术后护理中的应用效果。方法选取特定时间段(2017年2月至2018年1月)我院接收的66例骨质疏松骨折患者为研究对象,按随机分组法分为对照组和观察组,每组33例,给予对照组常规的临床护理措施,观察组在对照组的基础上,对患者的心理、饮食、认知功能等方面实施综合性健康教育。结果在对观察组患者实施综合性健康教育之后,患者的生活质量和护理有效率明显优于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在对骨质疏松骨折患者的护理中实施综合性健康教育,能够提升患者的护理有效率,降低患者疼痛评分,并且很好的提升患者的生活质量,值得医护人员在临床中推广并使用。
Objective Objective: To investigate the effect of comprehensive health education on the postoperative care of patients with osteoporotic fractures. METHODS A total of 66 patients with osteoporotic fractures received in our hospital from February 2017 to January 2018 were selected as study subjects. They were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 33 cases in each group. In the control group, routine clinical nursing measures were performed on the basis of the control group, and comprehensive health education was conducted on the patient's psychological, dietary, and cognitive functions. RESULTS After comprehensive health education in the observation group, the patient's quality of life and care efficiency were significantly better than those in the control group. The difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementing comprehensive health education in the care of patients with osteoporotic fractures can improve the patient's care efficiency, reduce the patient's pain score, and improve the quality of life of patients. It is worth medical staff to promote and use in clinical practice.
