护理干预对TURP后常见并发症的影响

摘要
目的分析护理干预对经尿道前列腺电切术(TURP)后常见并发症的影响。方法选取2017年5月—2018年5月本院收治的良性前列腺增生(BPH)患者80例作为研究对象。根据随机数字表法的分组原则,将其分为试验组(40例,接受综合护理干预)、对照组(40例,接受常规护理),均行TURP治疗,比较两组患者的并发症发生情况。结果试验组1例感染;对照组3例感染、2例尿失禁、3例膀胱痉挛。试验组并发症发生率较对照组低,差异具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论护理干预可有效减少BPH患者TURP术后并发症,促进机体康复,安全有效,弥补了常规护理的不足。
Objective To analyze the effect of nursing intervention on common complications after transurethral resection of prostate(TURP).Methods 80 cases of patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)from May 2017 to May 2018 admitted to our hospital were selected as the study objects. According to the grouping principle of random number table method, the patients were divided into experimental group(40 cases received comprehensive nursing intervention) and control group(40 cases received routine nursing care). All patients were treated with TURP.Comparisons between the two groups were compared. Results 1 case was infected in the experimental group. The control group included 3 cases of infection, 2 cases of urinary incontinence and 3 cases of bladder spasm.The incidence of complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group(P < 0.05). Conclusion Nursing intervention can effectively reduce the postoperative complications of TURP in BPH patients, promote the recovery of the body, safe and effective, and make up for the shortcomings of routine nursing.
