坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕效果分析

摘要
目的探讨坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征不孕效果。方法将2016年8月-2018年8月该院收治的80例多囊卵巢综合征不孕患者随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各40例,对照组患者给予来曲唑进行治疗,观察组患者给予坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑临床治疗,观察两组患者治疗前后激素水平变化、排卵情况。结果治疗前,两组患者孕酮(P)、黄体生成激素(LH)、卵泡生成激素(FSH)各项激素水平表现相近(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组P、LH及FSH降低效果明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);与对照组相比,观察组成熟卵泡数更多,子宫内膜厚度更高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论采取坤泰胶囊联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征可有效改善患者激素水平,促进患者排卵,值得临床推广及应用。
【Objective】To explore the effect of Kuntai capsule combined with letrozole in the treatment of infertility caused by polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS).【Methods】Eighty infertile patients with polycystic ovary syndrome admitted to our hospital from August 2016 to August 2018 were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 40 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole, while the observation group was treated with Kuntai capsule combined with letrozole.The changes of hormone levels and ovulation were observed before and after treatment.【Results】Before treatment, the levels of progesterone(P), luteinizing hormone(LH), follicle-stimulating hormone(FSH) in the two groups were similar(P >0.05); after treatment, the effect of P, LH and FSH in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control group(P <0.05);compared with the control group, the number of mature follicles in the observation group was more, the thickness of endometrium on the day of ovulation was higher, and the difference was statistically significant(P <0.05).【Conclusion】Kuntai capsule combined with letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome can effectively improve the hormone level of patients and promote ovulation, which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
