摘要
基于八轮仪测量原理,研制了一种测量松铺层平整度的测量仪。为了评价该平整度仪与八轮仪检测结果的相关性,选取了6段有代表性的路段,分别使用自制平整度仪和八轮仪测量路面平整度并对检测结果进行分析。结果表明,两者具有很强相关性,且路面平整度越好两者之间线性相关性越强;当摊铺机的摊铺平整度较高(标准差控制在0.8mm以内)时,两者检测数据之间的线性关系很好,可通过线性拟合公式将自制仪器的平整度检测值换算为八轮仪的平整度估计值。
Based on the measurement principle of eight-wheel meter,a measuring instrument for the smoothness of loose laying course was developed.In order to evaluate the correlation between the results of smoothness meter and eight-wheel meter,six representative sections were selected to measure the pavement smoothness using self-made smoothness meter and eight-wheel meter,and the test results were analyzed.The results show that there is a strong correlation between the two,and the better the pavement smoothness,the stronger the linear correlation between them.When the paver's paving smoothness is higher(the standard deviation is controlled within0.8 mm),the linear relationship between the two tests is very good.The smoothness test value of the self-made instrument can be converted into the smoothness estimate value of the eightwheel meter through the linear fitting formula.
