外固定架应用于创伤骨科治疗的临床疗效观察

摘要
目的观察外固定架应用于创伤骨科治疗的临床疗效。方法随机选取2015年2月-2016年3月本院收治的150例创伤骨科患者,并分为两组,对照组患者实施常规内固定治疗,观察组患者实施外固定架治疗,将两组创伤骨科患者实施治疗后的各项指标进行对比。结果观察组创伤骨科患者不良反应发生率4.00%低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组患者切口愈合时间(19.03±5.01)周、切口长度(1.55±0.56)cm、术中出血量(270.30±25.13)m L、手术时间(21.02±5.14)min均优于对照组(P<0.05),观察组创伤骨科患者手术后总有效率97.33%高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论外固定架应用于创伤骨科治疗具有显著效果,能提高患者治疗效果,促进患者较快康复。
Objective To observe the clinical effect of external fixator in the treatment of trauma department of orthopedics. Methods 150 cases of patients with orthopedic trauma received and treated from February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital were randomly selected, and divided into two groups, the control group received conventional internal fixation, the observation group received external fixation for the treatment, the indicators of patients with orthopedic trauma in the two groups after treatment were compared. Results The adverse reaction rate of patients with orthopedic trauma in the observation group was 4%, which was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).The wound healing time of patients with orthopedic trauma in the observation group was(19.03 ±5.01) weeks, the length of incision was(1.55 ± 0.56) cm, the amount of bleeding during operation was(270.30 ± 25.13) m L, the operation time was(21.02 ±5.14) min, which were better than the control group(P<0.05), the total efficiency of patients with orthopedic trauma in the observation group was 97.33% and was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The application of external fixator in the treatment of orthopedic trauma has a significant effect, can improve the treatment effect of patients, promote the rapid recovery of patients.
