摘要
再制造是一种对废旧产品实施高技术修复和改造的产业。面向工程机械再制造,基于相似理论,提出一种相似模型试验方法,用相似模型有效模拟工程机械零/部件原型的物理特性及响应,再现原型的典型物理特征,再由相似模型试验结果反推原型的参数。以薄壁杆件结构为例,首先在理论上推导出相似模型与原型之间的相似系数和预测公式等函数关系,然后设计、开展相似模型力学试验,并将理论预测数据与试验实测数据进行分析对比。结果表明:在薄壁杆件模型材料的弹性阶段,根据相似模型预测公式得到的挠度、拉应力和压应力预测数据与试验得到的挠度、拉应力和压应力实测数据基本吻合,从而验证了相似模型预测公式的有效性和模型试验的合理性。相似模型试验为工程机械再制造提供了一种新思路,对于工程机械再制造的理论研究和工程应用具有一定的参考价值。
        Remanufacturing was a kind of industry which can be used in high-tech renovation and renovation of waste products.Based on similarity theory,a similar model test method was proposed for construction machinery remanufacturing. The method simulated the physical characteristics and response of prototype parts of construction machinery effectively by similarity model,and reproduced typical physical features of the prototype,and then the parameters of the prototype can be derived from similar model test results. Taking the thin-walled member structure as an example,the similarity coefficients and prediction formulas between similar models and prototypes were derived theoretically. Then,the mechanical test of similar model was designed,and the theoretical prediction data were compared with the experimental data. The results show that,in the elastic stage of the thin-walled member model,the prediction data obtained from the prediction formula of the similarity model agree well with the measured data for the deflection,tensile stress and compressive stress. This verified the validity of the similarity model prediction formula and the rationality of the model test. Similar model test provides a new idea for remanufacturing of construction machinery,and it has a certain reference value for the theoretical research and engineering application of construction machinery remanufacturing.
