摘要
在中粗砂岩地层进行水平定向钻进扩孔施工时会产生大量岩屑。钻屑常常无法及时排除,严重影响工程安全。通过泥浆试验研究了泥浆中各组分对泥浆性能的影响,证明随着膨润土、Na_2CO_3、Na-CMC、XC各成分加量的增加,泥浆黏度均呈现增长的趋势。Na-CMC加量对泥浆塑性黏度有较大影响,XC加量对泥浆静切力有较大影响。通过正交试验确定了最优泥浆方案,为现场施工提供了参考数据。
        In the drilling on the coarse sand,the reamer will produce many cuttings.Cuttings are often difficult to rule out of the borehole and may cause serious borehole problems,such as the problem of cuttings suspending difficultly in the drilling in coarse sand formations.To solve the problem,a new type of mud has been studied.The effects of components on properties of the mud have been tested.The results demonstrate that the viscosity increases as the content of bentonite,Na_2CO_3,the CMC,and XC increases.CMC has a great influence on the viscosity of mud.XC has a great influence on the mud suspension ability.The optimal mud scheme is determined by orthogonal test,which provides a reference for field use.
