摘要
利用HYSYS软件对连续重整反应进行数据标定,得到较为准确的反应模型,测算值与实际值相差1%;对不同反应温度生成油各类参数进行测算,C5+液收随着温度升高下降,反应温度上升5℃,液收下降约1%;辛烷值上升1个单位,反应温度需提高4~5℃,反应温度上升5℃,总芳收率上升0.7%。对重整系统进行全流程模拟,模拟结果与实际一致,此模型可用于不同工况下的模拟测算。
        Using HYSYS software to calibrate the data of continuous reforming reaction, we can obtain a relatively accurate reaction model, The difference between the calculated value and the actual value was less than1%.Then we can measure various parameters of produced oil at different reaction temperature. The liquid yield of C5 + decreases with the increase of temperature. When the reaction temperature rises by 5 ℃, the liquid yield decreases by about 1%. When the octane number increases by 1 unit, the reaction temperature needs to be increased by 4-5 ℃. The yield of total aromatics increased by 0.7% when the reaction temperature increased by 5 ℃.The simulation results of whole process simulation of the reforming system are consistent with the actual situation.The model can be used to simulate the calculation under different conditions.
