大埋深低透气性突出回采工作面松爆注水协同解危技术研究与应用

摘要
为保障大埋深、低透气性突出回采工作面安全、高效生产,提出了"松动爆破、高压注水"协同技术降低工作面回采期间瓦斯异常及突出危险性,并研发了爆注一体化工艺装备。现场应用试验表明:协同解危措施执行后,应力峰值前移、松爆效果提升、回风流瓦斯浓度大幅下降、煤体水分增加、粉尘浓度降低显著等,既有效地消除了突出危险性也改善了工作面作业环境,同时为安全、高效回采提供了基础。
        In order to ensure safe and efficient production of deep buried and low-permeability outburst mining face,the synergistic technologies of loosening blasting and high-pressure water injection were put forward to reduce abnormal gas and outburst danger during mining,and the integrated blasting and injection technology and equipment were studied and developed.Field application tests showed that after implementing the cooperative measures,the stress peak moved forward,the effect of loosening blasting was improved,the gas concentration of return air flow was greatly reduced,the moisture content of coal was increased,and the dust concentration was significantly reduced,which not only effectively eliminated the outburst danger,but also improved the working environment of the mining face,and at the same time provided a foundation for safe and efficient mining.
