泌尿生殖道发现毛蠓幼虫1例

摘要
目的报道本地区1例毛蠓幼虫病例及流行病学特征,规避漏诊误诊。方法显微镜鉴定虫体形态特征,调查现场环境流行病学特点。结果虫体头部呈圆锥形、咀嚼式口器、胸腹部分节、末端长刺,鉴定为毛蠓幼虫,毛蠓幼虫意外寄生于女性患者阴道,致其阴部瘙痒、疼痛,经治疗并改善居住环境卫生条件,同时作健康教育指导,随访1个月临床治愈。结论毛蠓幼虫感染治疗的同时需积极改善环境,改变不良卫生习惯,勤换勤洗衣物,及时捕蝇灭蚊,杀灭昆虫。
Objective To report a case of Psychoda larvae and its epidemiological characteristics in this region, so as toavoid misdiagnosis. Methods The morphological features were identified by microscope and the environmental epidemiologywas investigated. Results The head of the larvae was cone-shaped, chewing mouthpiece, part of the chest and abdomen, andlong spines at the end. The larvae were identified as Psychoda larvae. The larvae accidentally parasitized in the vagina offemale patients, causing pudendal pruritus and pain. After treatment and improvement of living environment and sanitationconditions, the patient was cured, guided by healthy education and followed up for 1 month for clinical treatment.Conclusion The treatment of Psychoda larvae infection needs to improve the environment, change bad hygiene, wash clothesand catch mosquitoes and kill insects.
