摘要
目的:探讨转化生长因子-β1(TGF-β1)、干扰素-γ(IFN-γ)和人可溶程序性死亡分子1(sPD-1)、可溶性B7-H2(sB7-H2)、可溶性B7-H3(sB7-H3)细胞因子在隐匿性乙肝病毒感染(OBI)形成过程中的作用。方法:选取OBI标本20例、乙肝患者标本16例、乙肝携带者标本16例及健康献血者标本16例,同时检测血清中TGF-β1、IFN-γ、sPD-1、sB7-H2、sB7-H3,对检测结果进行统计分析。结果:sB7-H2、sPD-1和IFN-γ在不同人群血清中的含量差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),而sB7-H3、TGF-β1在不同人群血清中的含量差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),OBI人群血清中sB7-H3含量与乙肝患者及乙肝携带者比较均差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与健康献血者比较有所增高(P<0.05),OBI人群血清中TGF-β1含量与乙肝患者人群及乙肝携带者比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),与健康献血者比较有所降低(P<0.05)。结论:sB7-H3和TGF-β1在OBI发生和发展中起着比较重要的作用,由于sB7-H3和TGF-β1均为免疫调节性细胞因子,因此免疫因素是OBI形成过程中的重要影响因素。
Objective:To evaluate the role of the TGF-β1,IFN-γ,sPD-1,sB7-H2 and sB7-H3 in the formation of OBI.Method:20 specimens of OBI,16 specimens of hepatitis B patients,16 specimens of hepatitis B carriers and16 specimens of healthy blood donors were selected,the TGF-β1,IFN-γ,sPD-1,sB7-H2 and sB7-H3 were tested,the result were statistical analyzed.Result:There was no significant difference in sB7-H2,sPD-1 and IFN-γlevel in different groups(P>0.05).sB7-H3 and TGF-β1 were statistically different in different groups(P<0.05),There were no significant difference in sB7-H3 level between OBI group and HBV patients,HBV carriers(P>0.05),Compared to healthy blood donors,The sB7-H3 was higher in OBI group(P<0.05).There were no significant difference in TGF-β1 level between OBI group and HBV patients,HBV carriers(P>0.05).Compared to healthy blood donors,The TGF-β1 was lower in OBI group(P<0.05).Conclusion:sB7-H3 and TGF-β1 play an important role in the occurrence and development of OBI,sB7-H3 and TGF-β1 are immune regulatory cytokine,so immune factors is important factor in the formation of OBI.
