摘要
为解决船厂缺乏对焊机焊接参数、作业人员和设备状态的实时监控而导致焊接工件被破坏时得不到有效处理的问题,提出运用焊接数据采集技术和无线传输技术实现对焊接信息的采集和传输,并设计焊机监控软件分析焊接数据、焊机和焊工的工作时间分布、设备状态等信息,从而实现对焊接作业的有效管理和监控,进一步促进船舶制造质量的提高。
In order to solve the problem that the welding parts are not effectively treated when they are damaged because of the lack of real-time monitoring of welding parameters,status of welders and equipments in the shipyard.The technology of welding data collection and wireless transmission are applied to collect and transmit the welding data.The weld machine monitoring software is designed to realize the analysis of welding data,and working time distribution and status of welder and equipment.The result shows that the welding machine management and monitoring system can effectively monitor the welding operation and further improve the quality of ship manufacturing.
