摘要
目的了解2005-2017年浙江省百日咳流行病学特征。方法通过中国传染病信息管理系统收集2005-2017年浙江省百日咳报告病例,进行描述性流行病学分析。结果 2005-2017年浙江省共报告百日咳1 475例,年均发病率为0.21/10万。3-8月份发病占73.15%。散居儿童病例占93.90%。外来就诊病例占23.01%。0岁、1-4岁、5-9岁、≥10岁组发病率(/10万)分别为16.53、0.82、0.14、0.03;其中2005-2009年分别为10.38、0.58、0.16、0.002,2010-2014年分别为14.81、0.30、0.04、0.00,2015-2017年分别为30.83、2.22、0.29、0.01。结论浙江省百日咳发病率呈上升趋势,发病水平可能被低估。需完善百日咳尤其是散居和流动儿童监测工作,提高实验室诊断能力。
        Objective To determine epidemiological characteristics of pertussis in Zhejiang province during 2005-2017.Methods We used the Chinese Infectious Disease Information System to collect pertussis reports during 2005-2017 in Zhejiang for a descriptive epidemiological analysis. Results A total of 1 475 pertussis cases were reported during2005-2017, yielding an annual average incidence of 0.21 per 100 000 population; 73.15% of cases occurred from March to August, and 93.90% of cases were scattered-living children; 23.01% of cases were non-local. Incidences for 0, 1-4,5-9, and ≥10 year olds were 16.53, 0.82, 0.14, and 0.03 per 100 000, respectively, with 10.38, 0.58, 0.16, and 0.002 per100 000 in 2005-2009, 14.81, 0.30, 0.04, and 0.00 per 100 000 in 2010-2014, and 30.83, 2.22, 0.29, and 0.01 per 100 000 in 2015-2017. Conclusions The incidence of pertussis appeared to increase in Zhejiang, although incidences may be underestimates. We should improve pertussis surveillance, especially for scattered-living and migrant children, and strengthen laboratory diagnosis.
