摘要
为了解流行性出血病(EHD)在我国的流行和分布情况,本研究采用竞争ELISA试验方法,对2015年~2017年我国吉林、河北、西藏、重庆、云南等15个省区的6 413份牛羊血清样品进行检测。结果显示,未发现绵羊EHDV阳性血清,山羊EHDV血清阳性率较低(0~4%),而牛血清EHDV阳性率有明显的地域性和季节性,由北向南逐渐升高(0~65.83%),表明EHD在我国的流行已具有广泛性;秋季阳性率(61.11%~65%)明显高于春季(10%~16.67%)和夏季(29%~32%),表明该病的流行分布状况与其媒介昆虫的活动有密切关系。本研究是我国首次大规模的EHD血清学调查,对有效防控该病提供了重要的实验数据。
        To investigate the epidemic distribution of epizootic haemorrhagic disease(EHD) in China, a total of 6,413 bovine,goat and sheep sera collected from 15 provinces between 2015 and 2017 were detected for the seroprevalence of the EHD virus(EHDV) by C-ELISA test. The results showed that the positive of sheep sera was not found and very low seropositive rate of goat(0-4%), the positive rate of bovine sera for the EHDV increases from north to south(from 0 to 65.83%). In addition, the results showed that the infection rate in autumn(September to November) was the highest(61.11% to 65%), which was significantly higher than that in spring(10% to 16.67%) and summer(29% to 32%). On the one hand our findings showed that EHD was prevalent and provide the first reliable reference regarding EHD surveillance in China, on the other hand it was verified that the prevalence of EHD was closely related to the activities of its media insects and has obvious regional and seasonal characteristics.
