基于学生个性化发展的高职分类培养模式的实践与探索——以软件人才培养为例

摘要
软件服务外包等新兴产业飞速发展的同时,高职学校招生模式日趋多元化,社会对高职人才需求和学生发展需求也日趋多样化。高职教育如何结合学生个性化发展、更好地匹配地方产业链岗位需求,做好人才培养,是高职学校发展的必然选择。笔者依托地处高新区的优势,与高新区软件园众多企业合作,探索出了一条分类培养的有效途径,很好地解决了高职学生多样化的问题,也较好解决了高职教育与产业发展同步的问题。
With the rapid development of emerging industries such as software service outsourcing, the recruitment mode of higher vocational colleges is increasingly diversified, and the social demand for higher vocational talents and student development is also increasingly diversified. Therefore, it is an inevitable choice for the development of higher vocational colleges to combine the individualized development of students, better match the demands of local industrial chain positions and do a good job in personnel training. Based on the advantages of being located in the high-tech zone and cooperating with many enterprises in the high-tech zone software park, the author has explored an effective way of classified cultivation, which has solved the problem of diversity of higher vocational students, and also solved the problem of synchronism between higher vocational education and industrial development.
