早期实施康复措施对脑出血术后患者神经功能的影响

摘要
目的探讨康复措施实施时间对脑出血术后患者神经功能的影响。方法选择2017年10月～2018年10月在某三级医院神经外科行微创脑内血肿穿刺抽吸术的脑出血患者120例,按照入院顺序随机分为两组,将两组患者分别在不同时间实施康复措施。对比两组患者术后神经功能康复情况的差异。结果实验组患者GCS评分、Bathel指数、FMA评分明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论早期实施康复措施可促进脑出血患者术后神经功能康复。
Objective Investigate the Influence of rehabilitation time on the postoperative neurological function of patients with cerebral hemorrhage.Methods Selection the patients from October 2017 to 2018 months in a third grade hospital minimally invasive cerebral hematoma aspiration in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in120 cases.All patients in accordance with the order of admission were randomly divided into experimental group(n=60) and control group(n=60).The two groups were given rehabilitation surgical intervention at different time.The difference in postoperative neurologic recovery of the two group patients was compared.Results The GCS score,Bathel index and FMA score were measured in the experimental group. It was significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Early rehabilitation measures can promote postoperative neurological rehabilitation in patients with cerebral hemorrhage.
