对非医学专业人才中医继续教育的意义及现状

摘要
随着时代发展,传统中医学的理论体系也随着其他学科的进步而日益完善,一些中医分支学科或以中医基础理论为基础的相关专业的理论研究也逐渐受到重视。在此大背景下所带来的人才短缺问题也日益严重。当下的中医研究人才仍主要来自于正规的学院教育体系(本科学士、硕士研究生、博士研究生),且以研究生(硕士研究生、博士研究生)为主,目前的中医研究生录取和培养模式并不具备主动吸收来自于其他本科专业人才的能力,且缺乏对高级复合型研究人才的培养经验。本文从传统中医学全面发展的角度,尤其是在中医基础理论研究领域,探讨如何通过继续教育(硕士教育、博士教育、在职进修教育、函授、广播电视大学、夜大、各种培训班、学术交流会及在职自学等)将其他学科优秀人才引进到中医领域的理论研究。
        With the development of the times, the theoretical system of traditional Chinese medicine has become more and more perfect with the progress of other disciplines, and the theoretical research of some branches of traditional Chinese medicine or related specialties based on the basic theory of traditional Chinese medicine has gradually been paid attention to. Under this background, the shortage of talents has also become increasingly serious. At present, the talents of TCM research are still mainly from the formal college education system(bachelor's, master's and doctoral students), and mainly from graduate students(master 's and doctoral students). The current mode of admission and training of TCM graduate students does not have the ability to actively absorb talents from other undergraduate disciplines, and lack of training experience for advanced composite research talents. From the perspective of the comprehensive development of traditional Chinese medicine, especially in the field of basic theoretical research of traditional Chinese medicine, this paper discussed how to introduce outstanding talents from other disciplines through continuing education(master's education, doctoral education, in-service continuing education, correspondence education, radio and television university,evening university, various training courses, academic exchanges and in-service self-study). Theoretical research is on introducing excellent talents from other disciplines into the Field of traditional Chinese medicine.
