摘要
为探讨季节对不同品种种公牛精液品质的影响,实验采集了中国荷斯坦牛、西门达尔牛和日本和牛的种公牛精液周年生产数据,进行分析比较。结果表明:荷斯坦牛春、冬季原精活力达标率显著高于夏季(P<0.05),冬季极显著高于夏季(P<0.01);冬、秋季冻精活力达标率显著高于夏季(P<0.05),秋季极显著高于春、夏(P<0.01),春、冬季射精量显著高于秋季(P<0.05),春季极显著高于秋季(P<0.01);春、秋、冬季精液密度显著高于夏季(P<0.05);西门达尔牛在春季原精活力达标率呈现最高,显著高于夏、秋季(P<0.05);日本和牛冬季原精活力和冻精活力均最高,射精量四季之间无显著差异(P>0.05),夏季精液密度显著高于春季(P<0.05),极显著高于秋、冬季(P<0.01)。春、冬季种公牛原精和冻精的达标率最佳;肉牛品种精液品质优于奶牛品种,肉牛品种中的西门达尔种公牛的精液品质优于和牛。
        To explore seasonal influence on the bull semen quality from different breeds, the annual results of frozen semen production from Chinese Holstein, Simmental and Japanese Black Cattle, were collected and analysed. The results showed that the standard rate of fresh semen from Chinese Holstein bulls in spring and winter were higher than in summer(P <0.05), the standard rate was significantly higher in winter than in summer(P <0.01). The survival rate of frozen semen was higher in winter and autumn than in summer(P <0.05) and that was significantly higher in autumn than in spring and summer(P <0.01). The ejaculation semen volume of all breeds in spring and winter was higher than in autumn(P <0.05)and that was significantly higher in spring than in autumn(P<0.01).The density of semen from all breeds in spring, autumn and winter was higher than in summer. The standard rate of Simmental fresh semen in spring reached the highest level and that was higher in spring than in summer and autumn(P <0.05). The survival rates of fresh and frozen semen of Japanese black cattle was the best in winter than the other three seasons and there was no difference about ejaculation semen volume among the seasons(P >0.05)and the semen density was higher in summer than in spring(P <0.05)and significantly higher than in autumn and winter(P <0.01). In conclusion, the standard rates of fresh and frozen semen were better in spring and winter than in autumn and summer and the semen quality of beef cattle was superior to that of dairy cow and the semen quality of Simmental was better than that of Japanese black cattle.
