外用临方制剂骨折3号的基质优化研究

摘要
目的研究以蜂蜜作为外用临方制剂骨折3号基质时的处方优化及药效学。方法采用正交实验法筛选优化配比并考察临床药效学。结果凡士林鱼石脂基质组合和蜂蜜基质组,均能够增加小鼠血清中IGF-I和ALP的浓度、增强小鼠的骨的强度;两种基质之间无差异,但蜂蜜基质组的药效趋势优于凡士林鱼石脂基质组。结论蜂蜜可以用来作为外用临方制剂骨折3号的基质,且蜂蜜作为外用临方制剂的基质无刺激性,疗效优于原处方以凡士林鱼石脂作为基质。
OBJECTIVE To study the prescription optimization and pharmacodynamics of External Pro-Formulation "Fracture Ⅲ" while honey is used as a matrix.METHODS Uses the orthogonal test method to screen optimization allocated proportion and investigate the clinical pharmacodynamic.RESULTS Vaseline fish-lipid matrix combination and honey matrix group can both increase the concentration of IGF-I and ALP in mouse serum and increase the bone strength of mice;there is no difference between the two matrices,but the efficacy trend of honey matrix group is better than Vaseline fish fat matrix.CONCLUSION In clinic,the honey can be used as pharmaceutical matrix of External Pro-Formulation "Fracture Ⅲ" with advantage of no stimulation to skin,and its curative effect were superior to Vaseline matrix of original prescription.
