早期肺癌诊断应用低剂量CT扫描诊断价值

摘要
目的:研究分析早期肺癌诊断应用低剂量CT扫描诊断应用效果。方法:本次研究筛选2018年1月—2018年6月收治的确诊早期肺癌的患者29例,所有患者均实施CT常规剂量检查和低剂量检查,两种检查辐射剂量以及检查符合率比较。结果:常规组放射剂量DLP(211.62±25.73),CTDIvol(8.46±1.21);与低剂量组放射剂量DLP(54.92±9.11),CTDIvol(2.41±0.16);两组比较差异有统计学意义,P <0.05。常规组检查结果与病理诊断检查符合率为93.10%,与低剂量组检查结果与病理诊断检查符合率为86.21%比较差异无统计学意义,P> 0.05。结论:早期肺癌诊断应用低剂量CT诊断准确率较高,且辐射剂量小,值得推荐应用。
Objective To study the application of low-dose CT scan in the diagnosis of early lung cancer. Methods Twentynine patients with early-stage lung cancer diagnosed between January 2018 and June 2018 were screened. All patients underwent routine CT and low-dose tests. The radiation doses and the compliance rates were compared. Results The conventional group had a radiation dose of DLP(211.62±25.73) and CTDIvol(8.46±1.21). Compared with the low dose group,DLP(54.92±9.11) and CTDIvol(2.41±0.16), the difference was statistically significant. P <0.05. The coincidence rate between routine group examination and pathological diagnosis was 93.10%, and the coincidence rate between thelow-dose group and pathological diagnosis was 86.21%. There was no significant difference(P >0.05). Conclusion: The diagnosis of early lung cancer with low dose CT has a high accuracy and the radiation dose is small, which is worthy of recommendation.
