摘要
系统性红斑狼疮是一种累及多系统、多脏器的自身免疫性疾病。血小板减少是系统性红斑狼疮常见临床表现之一,也是其预后不良的一个独立危险因素。
systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE) is an autoimmune disease involving multiple systems and organs. Thrombocytopenia is a common clinical symptom of systemic lupus erythematosus, also an independent risk factor for unfavourable prognosis.
