摘要
研究了带有随机移走的加速寿命试验的数学模型.在试验中,假设产品的寿命服从指数分布,随机移走的产品个数服从离散均匀分布,采用定时截尾和间隔观测的方式进行试验.选取2个加速应力水平(高应力水平和低应力水平)建立统计模型,通过极大似然估计方法,给出不同的参数组合下加速寿命试验的优化设计.
Studies the mathematical model of accelerated life tests with random removals.In the experiment, assumes that the life time of products is exponentially distributed,the number of random removals follows a discrete uniform distribution.The experiment is conducted by means of timing truncation and interval observation. Two accelerating stress levels(high stress level and low stress level)are selected,establishs statistical model.The optimum design of accelerated life tests under different combinations of parameters is given by maximum likelihood estimation method.
