摘要
在新工科、大类化、专业协同的建筑院校人才培养方式转变下,项目式、角色型和分工式的设计课程组织形态,成为建筑大类专业特色的教学模式建构载体。文章基于工程教育CDIO模式的场景应用,建构学习组团主导下设计基础课堂教学的系统化操作与运行方法,通过匠人营国的多团队合作课程训练,在教学实践中以不同尺度空间营造组配为线索,进行学习组团驱动的设计课堂翻转和角色扮演,并提出学习共同体协同、团队自组织分工和成绩多层次评价的规则,探索组团式学习认知的建筑规划启蒙教育体系。
In the architecture education transition of new engineering, generalized majors and multi-disciplinary collaboration, the project-based and role-playing courses become the characteristic paradigms of architecture teaching form. This paper focus on the learning-group construction and running in CDIO teaching scenarios. Taking the role-playing course of urban-craftsman as a study, the driving mechanism is given for multi-scale architectural training. With the operation of flipped class, the learning-group synergy, the labor self-division and the multi-hierarchy assessment are provided to the enlightened education.
