摘要
随着教育国际化进程的不断推进,越来越多的外籍教师来华工作。然而,由于环境的改变和各国文化的差异,跨文化适应问题往往成为影响外籍教师在华工作生活的一大障碍。以跨文化适应理论为依据,采用问卷调查和个别访谈的方式,从总体适应、工作适应、人际适应和心理适应四个方面来探讨在教育国际化背景下宁波市外籍教师的跨文化适应情况,了解其在跨文化适应方面存在的问题和挑战,并根据分析结果提出对策,为优化外籍教师管理机制提供建设性的参考。
With the progress of the educational internationalization, more and more foreign teachers are working in China. However,due to the environmental changes and cultural differences, cross-cultural adaptation often turns out to be a major obstacle to the foreign teachers working and living in China. Based on the cross-cultural adaptation theories and upon the analysis of questionnaires and interviews, this research explores their situation, problems and challenges in cross-cultural adaptation from such perspectives as the general adaptation, work adaptation, interpersonal adaptation and psychological adaptation by focusing on the cross-cultural adaptation of foreign teachers in Ningbo in the context of internationalization. Meanwhile, some constructive countermeasures are provided for improving the management of foreign teachers.
