摘要
目的评价以激励机制为基础的双向评价方法在本科生临床护理教学中的应用效果。方法选取2016年6月—12月于西安交通大学第一附属医院肝胆外科实习的77名实习护生为对照组,采用传统的单向评价方法;选取2017年6月—12月实习的75名实习护生为实验组,采用以激励机制为基础的双向评价方法,比较两组的成绩和带教满意度。结果实验组的考核成绩、实习护生对带教教师的带教质量评价及对科室的满意度均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论以激励机制为基础的双向评价方法能够改善临床教学质量,提高实习护生的满意度,提高实习护生和带教教师的综合能力。
        Objective To explore the effectiveness of teacher-student reciprocal evaluation method based on incentive mechanism in clinical nursing teaching.Methods 77 nursing students who interned in the department of hepatobiliary surgery in the First Affiliated Hospital of Xi'an Jiaotong University from June to December 2016 were chosen in the control group and traditional teacher-centered method was applied,while 75 intern nursing students from June to December2017 were selected in the experimental group and teacher-student reciprocal evaluation method based on incentive mechanism was adopted.The scores and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results The scores of examination,teaching quality assessment and satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The method of teacher-student reciprocal evaluation method based on incentive mechanism could improve clinical teaching quality,increase intern nursing students' satisfaction,as well as enhance comprehensive abilities of nursing students and clinical teachers.
