口炎宁合剂治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎60例

摘要
目的:观察口炎宁合剂治疗放射性口腔黏膜炎的临床疗效。方法:将60例放射性口腔黏膜炎患者按照随机数字表法分为观察组和对照组,每组各30例。对照组予以康复新液含漱,观察组予以口炎宁合剂含漱。记录两组患者口腔黏膜炎发病时间及创面愈合时间,比较两组患者放疗3周及放疗结束后VAS评分及RTOG损伤分级。结果:观察组口腔黏膜炎出现的时间迟于对照组,观察组患者创面愈合时间明显短于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者放疗结束后VAS评分低于放疗3周,且观察组低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。两组患者放疗结束后RTOG分级小于放疗3周,且观察组小于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P <0. 05)。结论:口炎宁合剂能够延长放射性口腔黏膜炎患者的发病时间,缩短黏膜损伤再修复过程,显著减轻疼痛症状。
Objective: To observe the clinical curative effect of Kouyanning Mixture( KYNM) on radioactive oral mucositis. Methods: Sixty patients with radiation oral mucositis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 30 cases in each group. The control group was gargled with Kangfuxin Solution( KFXS),while the observation group was gargled with KYNM. The onset time of oral mucositis and wound healing time were recorded. The VAS scores and RTOG injury grading were compared between the two groups after 3 weeks of radiotherapy and after having finished radiotherapy. Results: The occurrence time of oral mucositis in the observation group was later than that in the control group,and the wound healing time in the observation group was significantly shorter than that in the control group,and all the differences were statistically significant( P < 0. 05).The VAS score of the two groups after having finished radiotherapy was lower than that of the control group after 3 weeks' radiotherapy,and the observation group was lower than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05).The RTOG grading of the two groups was less than 3 weeks after radiotherapy,and that of the observation group was smaller than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant( P < 0. 05). Conclusion: KYNM can delay the onset time of patients with radiation oral mucositis,shorten the process of repairing mucosal injury,and significantly alleviate pain symptoms.
