摘要
油井产量的计量是油田生产管理中的一项重要工作,对油井产量进行准确、及时的计量,对掌握油藏状况,制定生产方案,具有重要的指导意义。本文通过对现有计量技术的研究分析,筛选出适合于螺杆泵、无杆泵采油方式计量的单井计量技术,并研制了相应的单井在线称重计量装置。经过严格的室内实验和现场试验后,该装置运行可靠,计量精度高,计量误差在±5%以内,满足油气田地面工程油气集输处理工艺设计规范中计量准确度最大误差±10%的要求。该单井在线计量技术及装置的研究应用,能简化油田集输工艺,减少地面建设费用,解决了针对螺杆泵、无杆泵等采油方式无有效单井在线计量方法的难题,填补了技术空白。
        The measurement of oil well production is an important task in oilfield production management. Accurate and timely measurement of oil well production has important guiding significance for mastering reservoir conditions and formulating production plans.Through the research and analysis of the existing measurement technology, this paper selects the single well measurement technology suitable for the measurement of the screw pump and the rodless pump, and develops the corresponding single well online weighing and measuring device. After rigorous laboratory experiments and field tests,the device is reliable in operation,high in measurement accuracy,and the measurement error is within ±5%,which satisfies the requirement of ±10% of the maximum accuracy of measurement accuracy in the oil and gas gathering and transportation process design specification for oil and gas field surface engineering. The research and application of the single well online measurement technology and device can simplify the oilfield gathering and transportation process, reduce the ground construction cost,and solve the problem that the effective single well online measurement method for the screw pump, the rodless pump and the like,and fill the technical blank.
