达森杰巴丸促进桡骨远端骨折愈合临床观察

摘要
目的:观察达森杰巴丸辅助治疗中老年桡骨远端骨折的临床疗效。方法:选取符合标准的120例新鲜桡骨远端骨折的中老年病人为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组各60例,分别给予达森杰巴丸和安慰剂治疗,观察2组患者的临床治疗效果,进一步评价其疗效和安全性。结果:治疗组骨折愈后优良率(93.33%)显著高于对照组(81.67%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组患者骨折愈合时间为(10.4±2.1)周,对照组患者骨折愈合时间为(13.2±2.3)周,治疗组患者骨折愈合时间明显的低于对照组,差异有统计学意义。治疗组患者并发症发生率(1.67%)明显低于对照组(13.33%)。结论:达森杰巴丸治疗桡骨远端骨折,安全有效,能够较好的促进骨折的愈合,缩短骨折愈合时间,并发症少,值得临床中应用。
Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of adjuvant treatment of distal radial fractures with the aid of the Dasen Jieba pill. Methods: 120 cases of fresh distal radius fractures in our hospital from January 2016 to January2018 were randomly divided into treatment group(60 cases) and control group(60 cases). Were given up Dasen Jieba pills and placebo treatment, observe the clinical effect of the treatment in both groups, further evaluation of its efficacy and safety. Results: The excellent and good rate of fracture healing in the treatment group(93.33%) was significantly higher than that in the control group(81.67%). The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). The fracture healing time of the treatment group was(10.4 + 2.1) weeks, and that of the control group was(13.2 + 2.3) weeks. The fracture healing time of the treatment group was significantly lower than that of the control group. The incidence of complications in the treatment group(1.67%) was significantly lower than that in the control group(13.33%). Conclusion:Dasen Jieba pill is safe and effective in the treatment of distal radius fractures. It can promote fracture healing, shorten fracture healing time and has fewer complications. It is worthy of clinical application.
