摘要
<正>合理膳食作为维持健康的基石之一,在人们的生活中起着极其重要的作用。合理的膳食能够预防多种疾病,并且在一定程度上能够防止疾病的进一步加重;而不合理的膳食会导致多种疾病的发生,如糖尿病、高血压、肥胖症、胆结石症、高血脂、消化系统疾病和贫血等~([1])。目前,合理膳食的重要性被人们所广泛熟知,大量的健康教育工作旨在提高人们的健康饮食行为。然而,人们的健康饮食管理现状与健康饮食推荐方案的预期效果相距甚远~([2-3])。对于饮食行为改变潜在机
