摘要
汽轮机性能试验要求压力有很高的测量精度,由于管道走向的复杂性及管道内部介质流动的不均匀性,传统的压力取样方法得到的压力数据并不能代表取样点所在截面的介质平均压力。首先通过对某段管道内流场分布进行数值模拟,获得管道各截面上环形压力分布,然后在获得等值点结果曲线之后判断并去除积点曲线,最后将等值点绘制在管道模型上。通过与传统压力取样方法的结果进行对比,说明该方法获得的压力取样位置上的测量误差小于传统方法的压力测量误差,从而可以降低试验的不确定度。
        Steam turbine performance test requires high precision of measurement for pressure. Due to the complexity of pipeline direction and the inhomogeneity of the internal media flow in the pipeline, the pressure data obtained by traditional pressure sampling method cannot represent the average pressure of the medium in the section of the sampling point. In this paper, a numerical simulation of the flow field distribution in a pipeline is carried out to obtain the annular pressure distribution on each section of the pipe. Then, after the result curve of the equivalent point is obtained, the point curve can be discriminated and removed. Finally, the equivalence point is drawn on the pipeline model. Compared with the traditional sampling method, it is indicated that the measurement error in the pressure sampling position obtained by this method is less than that of the traditional method and the uncertainty of the performance test can be reduced.
