乌鲁木齐市北京路社区2032名65岁以上人群健康现状调查分析

摘要
目的通过分析乌鲁木齐市北京路社区常驻65岁以上居民常见病、多发病现状,为今后制定北京路社区老年性疾病的健康教育、健康指导、健康管理、预防及治疗方案提供思路。方法对2017年3月-2018年1月在乌市北京路社区卫生服务中心进行全民免费体检、且完成所有体检项目的65岁以上人群体检结果进行分析。结果北京路社区65岁以上常驻居民体检结果异常检出率前6位分别为:高血压、糖尿病、血脂紊乱、心电图异常、泌尿系结石、肝囊肿,并且这6种疾病的检出率在男女间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。高血压、糖尿病、血脂紊乱三大慢性病在65岁以上各年龄段之间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05),不同生活习惯的人群慢性病检出率有所差异。结论北京路社区65岁以上人群高血压、糖尿病、血脂紊乱3种疾病居多,社区家庭医生应加强对老年人慢性病的管理,并注意心脑血管疾病预防,提高本社区慢病老年人的生活质量。
Objective By analyzing the current situation of common diseases and frequently-occurring diseases among residents over 65 years old in Beijing Road community of Urumqi, this paper provides ideas for health education, health guidance, health management, prevention and treatment of elderly diseases in Beijing Road community in the future. Methods From March 2017 to January 2018, a free physical examination was carried out in the Beijing Road Community Health Service Center of Urumqi, and the results of the physical examination of people over 65 years old who completed all the physical examination items were analyzed, and the health status of the physical examination personnel was obtained. Results The survey found that the top six prevalence rates of residents over 65 years old in Beijing Road community were hypertension, diabetes mellitus, dyslipidemia, abnormal electrocardiogram, urolithiasis and hepatic cysts. There was a statistical difference in the prevalence between men and women(P<0.05). Hypertension, diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia are three major chronic diseases in all age groups over 65 years old(P<0.05). There are significant differences in the prevalence of chronic diseases among people with different living habits. The results of this survey have statistical significance. Conclusion Hypertension, diabetes mellitus and dyslipidemia are the three most common diseases in residents over 65 years old in Beijing Road community. Family doctors in this community should strengthen the management of chronic diseases in the elderly, pay attention to the prevention of cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and improve the quality of life of the elderly with chronic diseases in the community.
