手术室人性化管理模式实施策略探讨

摘要
目的探讨手术室人性化管理模式实施策略。方法选取2018年1—12月在该院接受手术治疗的92例患者作为研究对象,将研究对象根据护理差异分为研究组和对照组,研究组患者护理中实施手术室人性化管理模式,对照组患者实行常规手术室管理,对比其护理效果。结果研究组经过人性化护理管理之后,患者的满意度显著比对照组理想,且研究组的HAMA评分同样比对照组理想(P<0.05)。结论手术实施人性化的管理模式,能够对患者的手术状况进行有效改善,降低手术风险的发生,显著提升患者的护理满意度以及精神状态,临床应用效果良好,值得推广使用。
Objective To explore the implementation strategy of humanized management mode in operating room. Methods A total of 92 patients who underwent surgery in our hospital from January to December 2018 were enrolled. The subjects were divided into study group and control group according to the difference of nursing. The patient in the study group was operated in the humanization of the operating room. In the management mode, patients in the control group underwent routine operating room management to compare their nursing effects. Results After the humanized nursing management of the study group, the patient satisfaction was significantly better than that of the control group, and the HAMA score of the study group was also better than the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The humanized management mode of the operation can effectively improve the patient's surgical condition, reduce the occurrence of surgical risk, significantly improve the patient's nursing satisfaction and mental state, and the clinical application effect is good, which is worth promoting.
