人性化护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果

摘要
目的分析人性化护理在小儿肺炎护理中的应用效果。方法将我院收治的84例肺炎患儿按照随机抽签法分为对照组(42例,一般护理)与观察组(42例,人性化护理)。比较两组的护理效果。结果观察组的治疗依从率明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的体温恢复时间、憋喘缓解时间、咳嗽消失时间及住院时间均明显短于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组的护理态度、母亲参与度、健康宣教及护理项目评分均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论人性化护理干预可提高肺炎患儿治疗依从性,促进患儿早日康复,提升护理满意度,值得临床推广应用。
Objective To analyze the application effect of humanized nursing in the nursing of children with pneumonia.Methods A total of 84 children with pneumonia treated in our hospital were divided into control group(42 cases, general nursing) and observation group(42 cases, humanized nursing) by random lottery method. The nursing effects of the two groups were compared. Results The treatment compliance rate of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05). The recovery time of body temperature, relief time of asthma, disappearance time of cough and hospitalization time in the observation group were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.05). The scores of nursing attitude, mothers' participation, health education and nursing items of the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion Humanized nursing intervention can improve the treatment compliance of children with pneumonia, promote the early recovery of children and improve nursing satisfaction,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
