摘要
受加工重质、劣质原料油及清罐油的影响,中国石化海南炼油化工有限公司(简称海南炼化)重油催化裂化装置铁中毒严重,平衡剂上铁含量很高,有时质量分数超过10 000μg?g。严重的铁中毒对装置操作造成较大负面影响,降低了转化率及目标产品收率,同时影响了催化剂流化。为了消除铁中毒的影响,中国石化石油化工科学研究院开发了CMT-1HN催化剂并在海南炼化进行了工业应用,结果表明:与对比剂相比,在平衡剂上污染铁含量更高的情况下,CMT-1HN催化剂具有更好的重油转化能力和汽油收率,同时能有效降低干气和焦炭产率,表现出更好的产品选择性和抗金属污染能力;当原料油中铁、钠、钙平均质量分数分别达到35.35,4.73,8.11μg?g时,CMT-1HN催化剂仍表现出较好的性能。
        Processing heavy and bottom oil feedstocks affected the RFCC unit performance severely in SINOPEC Hainan Refining & Chemical Company due to high iron content deposited on the equilibrium catalyst(sometimes even higher than 10 000μg/g),leading to lower conversion and target products yields and poor fluidization of the catalyst.To overcome the impact of the iron poisoning,CMT-1HN catalyst was developed by SINOPEC Research Institute of Petroleum Processing and commercial applied in above RFCC unit.The commercial application results showed that compared with the reference catalyst,CMT-1HN catalyst has a better bottom oil cracking ability and a higher gasoline yield,but lower dry gas and coke yields,indicating the better product selectivity and anti-metal deactivation ability of the catalyst.When the average contents of iron,sodium and calcium of feedstock increase to 35.35μg/g,4.73μg/g and 8.11μg/g,good performance is still maintained by using CMT-1HN catalyst.
