青少年体质健康促进智慧化干预保障体系研究

摘要
体质健康促进智慧化干预是一条促进青少年体质健康水平提升的新路径,由于保障体系的缺失,导致了青少年体质健康促进智慧化干预工作推进不力。通过社会调研与实地考查,发现缺乏有效的组织保障、缺少必要的资金保障和"多元、多维、交互、协同"的社会协同服务保障是影响青少年智慧化干预实施的主要原因。因此提出建设多层衔接、多维协同的组织管理保障体系,多源汇聚的资金保障体系,多元支撑的知识保障体系,多层联动的服务保障体系,多模式协同的运营保障体系,为青少年体质健康促进智慧化干预的可持续发展保驾护航。
The smart intervention of health and constitution is a new strategy to promote adolescents' health and constitution level.The lack of guarantee system leads to the lagging of this cause. On the basis of social investigation and field work,the main reasons for the lagging of implementing smart intervention on adolescents were found,i. e. the lack of efficient organizational guarantee system,financial guarantee system and"the multivariate,multidimensional,interactive and collaborative"social service system. Five guarantee subsystems of smart intervention were proposed which will promote help the sustainable development of adolescents' health and constitution,i. e. the construction of multidimensional organizational guarantee system,the multi-source financial guarantee system,multivariate knowledge guarantee system,multilevel service guarantee system and multi-model operating guarantee system.
