摘要
作为英国14~16岁教育项目之一,浸入式项目面向第四阶段中对普通课程学习缺乏兴趣,而对特定职业领域具有兴趣的学生群体。第四阶段浸入式项目在普通中学、各类培训提供者之间的共同协作中得以推进,有着相对明确的选拔定位与标准;基于工作技能学习的需要,将国家课程与职业课程相结合;在政府支持的基础上,积极筹集多元渠道的资金;在促进学生参与积极性、提升职业技能和推进继续学习中起到积极作用。然而,第四阶段浸入式项目在招生选拔、项目合作和资金筹集等方面也存在一些固有的问题,这些都需要我国在普职衔接的实践中予以理性、批判地借鉴。
        As one of the 14-16 years education programmes in UK,Engagement Programme is designed for students who are disaffected in academic curriculum,but have an interest in specific vocational learning at Key Stage 4. The Key Stage 4 Engagement Programme is promoted by the partnerships between school and kinds of training providers,with relatively selection criteria;integrating the academic curriculum and the vocational curriculum based on the need of skills learning;on the basis of government support,actively raising fund through multiple methods;playing an active role in promoting students' engagement,enhancing employment skills,advancing to further learning. However,there are some inherent problems in students enrolling,collaboration of partnerships and funds rising,which need to be learned rationally and critically by China.
