白掌疫病病原菌的鉴定

摘要
在致病性测定的基础上,通过形态特征观察及基于特异性引物Pn1和Pn2扩增的DNA序列分析,对在广州发现的白掌疫病的病原菌种类进行了鉴定。结果表明,引起广州白掌疫病的病原菌为烟草疫霉(Phytophthora nicotianae)。研究结果为白掌病害的防控提供了理论依据。
        A strain was isolated from the diseased plants of Spathiphyllum sp. from Guangzhou. The Pathogenicity test showed the isolated strain was the pathogenic fugus of Spathiphyllum blight. The pathogenic strain was identified according to the morphology, rDNA internal transcribed spacer sequencing amplified by Pn1 和 Pn2. The result showed Phytophthora blight of Spathiphyllum from Guangzhou was caused by Phytophthora nicotianae. The result would provide a foundation for effective control of the disease.
