摘要
坚持"以本为本",推进"四个回归",是普通高等学校人才培养的本质职能。本科教育是大学的根和本,作为高校教师必须深刻领会,积极践行,强化本科教学工作的中心地位并深化内涵。如何培养本科学生成为能快速适应行业岗位需求的高素质人才,实现从学校到行业岗位实际应用的"无缝对接",是应用型高等院校实践环节各类课程教学亟需解决的大问题。本人结合自身多年实践教学经验,在水工钢筋混凝土结构学课程设计讲授过程中,引进项目教学法进行了尝试性实践,也取得了一定的效果。
        It is the essential function of talent cultivation of ordinary institutions of higher learning that we will continue to "take this as the basis" and promote the "four returns".Undergraduate education is the root and foundation of the University.As a college teacher,it must be deeply understood and actively practiced,and strengthen the central position and deepen the connotation of undergraduate teaching work.How to train undergraduate students to become qualified talents who can quickly adapt to the needs of the job in the industry and realize the "seamless connection" from the school to the actual application of the job in the industry is a big problem that needs to be solved in the teaching of various courses in the practical link of applied colleges and universities.Based on my own years of practical teaching experience,I have tried to introduce the project teaching method into the course design and teaching of hydraulic reinforced concrete structure,and also achieved certain results.
