风湿胶囊治疗痹症患者83例效果研究

摘要
目的分析探讨风湿胶囊对痹症患者的临床治疗效果。方法将我院2014年3月—2016年3月收治的166例痹症患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各83例。观察组患者采用风湿胶囊治疗,对照组患者给予克痹骨泰胶囊治疗,均给予一个疗程的治疗后,对比分析两组的临床疗效。结果两组患者经过治疗之后,观察组患者的治愈率为66.27%(55/83),有效率为22.89%(19/83),总有效率为89.16%(74/83);对照组患者的治愈率为50.60%(42/83),有效率为20.48%(17/83),总有效率为71.08%(59/83),两组相比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论痹症患者采用风湿胶囊治疗后,其临床治疗的总有效率显著提高,具有较好的临床治疗效果,值得临床推广。
Objective To discuss the clinical therapeutic effect of Fengshi capsule in the treatment of arthralgia. Methods 166 cases of patients with arthralgia treated in our hospital from March 2014 to March 2016 were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,with 83 cases each group. The patients in the observation group were treated with Fengshi capsule. The patients in the control group were treated with Kebi Gutai capsule. After one course of treatment,the clinical curative effect of the two groups was compared and analyzed. Results After treatment,in the observation group,the cure rate was 66. 27%(55/83),the effective rate was 22. 89%(19/83),and the total effective rate was 89. 16%(74/83). In the control group,the cure rate was 50. 60%(42/83),the effective rate is20. 48%(17/83),and the total effective rate was 71. 08%(59/83). There was significant difference between the two groups(P < 0. 05).Conclusion Fengshi capsule in the treatment of arthralgia significantly improved the clinical total effective rate,had significantly clinical effect and clinical promotion value.
