四种药剂对朱红毛斑蛾幼虫室内药效测定

摘要
榕属Ficus spp.植物是我国南方城市主要绿化行道树,近年局部地区发生朱红毛斑蛾Phauda flammans Walker危害。室内测定4种药剂对朱红毛斑蛾3~5龄幼虫的杀灭效果。结果表明:1 000倍48%毒死蜱和1 000倍1. 2%烟碱·苦参碱能够在24 h后对朱红毛斑蛾起到杀灭效果,最高死亡率分别为59. 74%和69. 61%,二者半致死浓度(LC50)分别为稀释154. 47倍(3. 11 mg/L)和2 864. 07倍(0. 004 mg/L)。6%阿维·氯苯酰起效慢,72 h后死亡率可达100%,生物农药苏云金杆菌(Bt,32 000 IU/mg)致死能力较弱。结合害虫综合治理和环境生态保护的实际情况,建议使用1. 2%烟碱·苦参碱对生态敏感区域朱红毛斑蛾幼虫进行防治。
        Ficus spp. is the main Alee tree of the southern cities. In recent years,the forest pest P. flammans has been outbroken in part of southern China. The poisoning efficacy tests were conducted under laboratory condition to test four different pesticides agamst P. flammans in 3 rd to 5 th instar. The result showed that 1 000 times diluted chlorpyrifos 48% EC and nicotine·matrine 1. 2% SL could take effect within 24 h with the mortality of 59. 74 % and 69. 61% respectively. The LC50 were diluted 154. 47 times and 2 864. 07 times. The mortality was obtained 100% only after 72 h in avermectin·chlorantianiliprde 6% SC treated group. Bt couldn't provide efficacious control for P. flammans. Considering the situation of integrated pest management and environment protection,nicotine·matrine is recommended to use for P. flammans in ecologically sensitive areas.
