辅酶Q10的分离纯化及生物活性的研究进展

摘要
近年来,国内外许多专家学者在辅酶Q10的分离、纯化及生物活性等方面进行了大量研究,并取得了较大进展。本文综述了辅酶Q10的3种制备方法:动植物组织提取法,微生物发酵法和化学合成法;分离纯化常用的3种方法以及辅酶Q10的生物活性,主要表现在抗氧化、抗肿瘤、抗心脑血管疾病、增强免疫力等方面,这些生物活性使其在食品、医药、美容等领域拥有广阔的应用前景。
        Coenzyme Q10(CoQ10)is a kind of anthraquinones,which gets so much attentions all around the world.In this paper,the extraction purification and biological activity of CoQ10were reviewed.There were three methods for the preparation of CoQ10,mainly including propagation cell extraction,chemical synthesis and microbiological fermentation.There were three methods of separation and purification such as chromatography.The biological activity of CoQ10displays on anti-oxidation,antineoplastic,cancer and heart failure treatment,immunomodulation.CoQ10has broad application prospect in food,medicine,cosmetology and so on.
