品管圈在提高泌尿外科预约检查按时完成率中的应用研究

摘要
目的探讨品管圈在提高泌尿外科患者预约检查按时完成率中的效果。方法成立QCC小组,确定主题,通过计划拟定、现状调查(预约检查按时完成率为63.02%)、设定目标、要因分析、拟定对策、对策实施、效果确认、标准化、检讨和改进等活动步骤开展品管圈活动,达到持续改进的目的。结果患者预约检查按时完成率从改善前的63.02%提高到改善后的86.47%。结论开展品管圈活动后,提高了泌尿外科患者预约检查按时完成率和患者满意度。
        Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle(QCC)in improving the rate of appointment.Methods We formed QCC team and identified the theme.QCC principles were used,such as analyzing situation,making and implementing measures and standardization,to reach the aim of improving the rate.We made measures and analysis to find true cause and organize implementation. The results were compared study group with contral group. Results The rate of appointment for check was 63.02% before quality control(QC),which was higher than that after QC(86.47%). Conclusions Through the QCC activities the rate of patient's appointment for check and patient satisfaction were increased.
