摘要
随着汽车电子信息技术的飞速发展,现代汽车的结构越来越复杂,科技含量也越来越高。现代汽车的故障诊断迫在眉睫。发动机故障诊断与维修在汽车维修中起着重要的作用。据统计,大约45%的发动机故障发生在点火系统里。由此可以看出,点火系统的工作质量直接影响到发动机的运行状况,其故障诊断具有重要的意义。第一,文章在查阅大量文献的基础上,对电子点火系统的常见故障和诊断方法进行了分析和总结。目前常用的方法有自动点火和人工智能等。作为起始点,二次点火电压波形是可以被改变的。当点火系统发生故障时,可以通过发动机声音来反映相应的故障信息,除此之外,还对二次点火电压波形和其关键参数进行了深入的分析,提取了相应的波形变化作为信息输入,最后,根据故障诊断模型的相应变化输出故障信息。
        With the rapid development of automotive electronic information technology, the structure of modern automobiles is becoming more and more complex, and the content of science and technology is getting higher and higher. Fault diagnosis of modern automobiles is imminent. Engine fault diagnosis and maintenance play an important role in automobile mainte-nance. According to statistics, about 45% of engine failures occur in the ignition system. It can be seen from this that the working quality of ignition system directly affects the operation of the engine, and its fault diagnosis is of great significance.Firstly, on the basis of consulting a large number of literatures, the common faults and diagnosis methods of electronic ignition system are analyzed and summarized. At present, the commonly used methods are automatic ignition and artificial intelligence. As a starting point, the secondary ignition voltage waveform can be changed. When the ignition system fails, the corresponding fault information can be reflected by the engine sound. In addition, the waveform of the secondary ignition voltage and its key parameters are analyzed in depth, and the corresponding waveform changes are extracted as input information. Finally, the fault information is output according to the corresponding changes of the fault diagnosis model.
